3pm anyone???

Just wondering if this affects anyone else? symptoms not too bad in morning, but come later in afternoon they get really bad?totally shattered , heavy legs, numbness and tingling and really painful hand and arm.

not slepping too well at moment either, legs seem really twitchy.Just back to work next week after some days owed and really dreading it.

Not dx yet, so do you think gp could give anything to help??

thanks

yes this happens to me, its like clockwork for me, its really hard to get past 3pm. Lots of twiching too, left arm, left side and left leg, with heavy feeling in left arm and leg. I am due back to work 13th December and also dreading it too, looking at going back on phased return to lesson the blow. I am not dx. My gp said it may show its self in 2yrs time, as mri shows as normal, I am labelled possible MS at the mo. We sound so much alike, we messaged a few weeks ago about heavy left arm when driving,(and hand not gripping wheel, which means I just hook it on the bottom of the car wheel and rest it) this happens to me after about 6miles of driving. But I have not mentioned any of this to neuro as I did not realised it mattered as I had no idea they were considering MS at the time…but I am happy to wait for dx, it gives me time to change my lifestyle first.

The afternoons are the low point (high point?) for fatigue for a lot of us :frowning:

GPs can prescribe things for people who are undx, but they are reluctant in case it makes things worse. There’s no harm in asking though!
