2 years on Tysabri

Hi all, coming up on 2 years being on Tysabri which I feel like has worked very well and is a drug I tolerate well. I was always aware the pml risk goes up after 2 years, I’m still JCV negative so was just wondering, does the risk increase by a drastic amount or is it still only slight?
Thanks

I don’t know, but I’ve always assumed that the risks go up with time if you’re positive for exposure to the JC Virus, but if you’re negative, your risk (at the point of testing) of zero remains a risk of zero. Someone better informed might set me straight on that.

The Barts Guide might help.
