Hard to explain but I get a regular feeling in one of my eyes which feels as though my eye is, wide open and as though a cold wind is blowing onto it. Its kinda like I’m really aware of my left eye. Can last for days then just goes. The same eye twitched constantly fir six months almost 3 years ago then stopped. Odd but could it be a ms symptom.

Had a awful night sleep last night was awake virtually all night, had in total 3hrs sleep. So fed up this, is another ongoing issue insomnia. Often due to pain in my hips and neck, numb legs, headache and random pains. I’ve itchy skin too. I’m so fed up of poor sleep nothing I do helps.
