I was diagnosed with Relapsing & Remitting MS 3.5 years ago and recently I have started having issues with my ability to walk more than a few hundred metres before my legs refuse to work - does anyone out there know whether this is likely to be permanent or if there’s anything I can do to help it be better. Thanks
Hi, my walking seems to change everyday, one day its really good but then the next day it will be terrible, I just do lots of things on the good days.
Its the old story of use it or lose it. Walking round the supermarket with a trolley is a good one and get yourself a rollator. I use a Topro, look it up in Wikki or Goggle.
Try and find a clinic that will help you, ask consultant or MS Nurse for advice/help
Thanks for the suggestions
