I did get to experience the sun burn flush (as I like to call it) and I got really itchy but I have eczema so one of the creams I have helped to calm it down. My nude has mentioned taking the lower dose for longer. But one of my concerns is that I felt dizzy from day one, after only one tablet. This could of been down to a different reason but it’s a big coincidence.
