Hi, happy new year, Was diagnosed in September and started tecdifera in November. Started getting dizzy and losing balance about 4 weeks ago. Can’t decide if this is ms or side effect of tecdifera. Has any one else experienced? Thanks, froo
I’m not sure it’s a known side effect of Tec. I’ve been on Tec since March with only flushing as an occasional happening. Is the dizziness happening only since you began full dose? Have you ever had low blood pressure issues, could it be related to that? Maybe give your MS nurse a ring/email tomorrow and ask an opinion.
I’m on Tec (about 18 months now) and do get dizzy sometimes, but I think it’s an MS rather than a Tec thing. My blood pressure has always been OK.
Having said this, this morning I got my worst ever flush. I only get them a few times a week but this one looked like I’d been painted red! Fortunately I was at home otherwise it would have looked very strange!
