Hello, I was wondering whether spinal lesions without brain ones means PPMS? All my sensory symptoms have recently nearly all faded away after being there for about three months, and only a slight discomfort remains on my right leg, which feels like it gets tired a bit faster and sometime aches a little bit as well. Does that sound like a remission? Do RRMSers sometime only start with spinal lesions? Thanks!
I think spinal lesions without brain ones mean may be more frequently PPMS than RRMS but that it’s not for sure.
Also, MS has been likened to an iceberg (there’s a lot more to it than is easily visible. Damage in MS is at the sub-cellular level but MRI shows things millimeters big.
