OK my right leg has gone week. And my arm has a little. But this time it’s painful. It’s hard to explain but it feels really tight. Like when uve had a work out and your leg is full of Lactive acid and you need to stop and relax. But were ever I bend my leg it feels tight. Does what I’ve just described sound like spasticity? Or is this something else. I’m laid in bed now moving my legs into different positions to find the least painful one .
It does sound like spasticity, but I’m not a medic. Your description is what I have and my Neuro has referred to my spasticity. I don’t know about the lactic acid build up. Even in my circuit training days a hundred years ago, I never had that problem.
Thanks to reading the various posts on here, I use the Magnesium spray on my legs or feet, wherever it hurts or whenever I get twitches/spasms. It really works for me. Maybe give it a try.
I have this pain and tightness in my leg, my calf muscles are what I can only describe as popping or firing too. I lost colour in one eye a year and a half ago and have been getting more symptoms since despite a clear MRI and I am waiting coming up on a year to see a neurologist.

Some day’s it is worse, as in I am wincing climbing a stairs. I am a tradesman and have always been fit up to now but it is time to change occupation.
