Hi everyone,
I am new here, 21 and have just been diagnosed with RRMS and starting treatment next month.
I have realised that my sleep pattern is very off now (always has been but not to this extent). At first it was pain from my back and also hearing about the diagnosis that kept me up. But i am finding it really hard to sleep on time to go to lectures
Does anyone have any techniques or remedies that helps them to sleep better
