Sensory Overload

Sensory Overload in MS is a topic I would like to see discussed far more than it seems to be at present in the MS world in general.

Go to the doctor with it. There may be other causes than MS.

I would have to second Mick on this. It’s been my understanding that sensory overload is more common in Lupus than with MS. I think it can also be related to migraines and chronic sinus infections. Have you discussed the matter with your neuro or GP?

Hi, I’ve had some pretty bad ‘sensory’ problems before and I tend to be quite sensitive to sudden, loud noises, but Mick & Norasmum are absolutely spot on - you need to speak to your GP or neuro.
Best wishes, Janet
