Hi Frances, Sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting your prescription, hope your usual doc’ returns soon, surely the other doc’ can see on your notes that they have prescribed this for you.
It would be heaven if it also slowed down the progress of it…do miracles really happen!!!

I pay for my own, I did a survey and was shocked at the different prices.
Local chemist – cost will be £660
Tesco - £524.40
Boots - £479.60
One click £480 - Cambridge
Asda - £450
I first went to Superdrug and they charged £375, but then raised it to £460.
so now I go to Asda.
I also have to pay for lymphoedema treatment as the PCT will not pay. I have written to my MP who is as frustrated as I am but he cannot do anything.
If I did not have DLA how would I pay for these things?
My local council is now going to charge for parking for blue badge holders.
Thanks booktig for your response, it is certainly looking more and more like a postcode lottery. As you say without DLA how would you be able to afford it?
