Ok another one…
Large shops that pile up so much in the aisles that you can’t get your scooter around… and I assume same for wheelchairs.
My local WH Smith is one… and have to say my local M&S is recently doing the same! (name & shame!)

This is one that grates on me too. Occassionally if I knock something over when an aisle is blocked, Ill say to the shop assistant.
Well I got in okay, but I cant get out. can you move this for me please? They dont ususally mind. But I have damaged some shop fittings, by accident and scooted out before I
m spotted! Not our fault anyway, is it?

Dogtanion:
Must post about Traffic Wardens as my husband is one.
A few years ago they were encouraged to issue as many tickets as possible but NOT anymore. Now they have to help everyone as much as possible such as carrying shopping, helping people put pushchairs/wheelchairs etc in cars. If they do have to issue a ticket and speak to the person concerned and that person listens to advise and sees the error of their ways then the ticket can be destroyed by the traffic warden.
This is in Stockton on Tees where the council has decided to take this approach to bring customers into the town centre to encourage money to be spent in local business. Last week my husband only issued 3 tickets whereas in the old system he would often give out over 25 a day.
Oh, and another thing he’s an expert at spotting fake Blue Badges which are then confiscated and person taken to court. And no he’s never confiscated a genuine one.
So they’re not all bad and if you don’t mind I’m rather fond of my hubby so please don’t put him in room 101!

s have 2 boxes for traffic wardens…one for good guys and one for no so nice, eh?

Wow! Didn`t I open up a can of worms!
I couldn`t believe how many replies this thread has got.
So many things annoy or madden us.
Many of us have the same pet hates and there are some that I found intriguing and replied to.
Please don`t feel aggrieved that i didnt answer everyone individually.
Very interesting…you can stop it now!

Actors on TV who shout, “Stay with me” when trying to resuscitate someone.
I’m sure nobody in a life or death situation thinks “Oh, OK then”

Sorry Poll,
I didn’t see your “stop it post” - I’m usually such an obedient person.
