Relapses, steroids and periods- ones for the ladies!

Hi all I just wondered if anyone had experience of relapses and/or steroid treatment and it messing up your menstrual cycle? My husband and i are trying to conceive but I had a bad relapse this month and steroid treatment. Now my period is a few days late but am testing negative on pregnancy tests. So I’m wondering if the relapse has messed things up? Thank you (Posting anon because I’d like to keep it private that we’re trying!)
