Question for PPMS

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if I could ask a few questions. I have been doing some research and I came across a study regarding MRI’s and PPMS.

My question is has anyone been diagnosed with PPMS that did not have legions on the brain and only in the spinal cord?

It’s possible but very rare. Is that you’ve been diagnosed with? Broadly though, symptoms will be governed by wherever lesions have occurred.

There were various anomolies shown up in the MRI but no obvious legions. However, the lumbar puncture confirmed PPMS
