There is some kind of connection; when I was diagnosed some 44 years ago my GP did a blood test and found my vitamin B was low and gave me an injection of Cytamin; a vitamin B complex.
After 4 years I thought I would give it up; no difference noted.
Forward 6 months ago I had another blood test; low and behold my vitamin B is low. Still, lead a very hectic life; notice no difference, but I am going to get back on the Cytamin ASAP.
There’s many with MS who do not lack vitamin B; so where does that leave us?
