I am sure that I was Told, Read somewhere, Was Prescribed/Advised to take the following 'Treatment/ Remedy for the following ‘Problem/Issue’ . So has anyone else heard/ been told this too please?
If you have legs that you have trouble getting up due to 'stiffness and or legs giving way when you want to get up and or walk about. This type of thing please?

a lot of the meds precribed for people with MS were intended for something else.
However clinical trials have shown them to be effective for patients with MS.
i completely relate to what you say.
my legs feel like they are made of stone, lined with lead!
the giving way sounds all too familiar too.
before my diagnosis, i was always dashing somewhere.
it took me a while to work out the reason for my falling all over the place.
I noticed that i was setting off before my feet - the signal hadn’t had time to tell my feet that i was standing.
so got used to standing still for a minute or two.
Pregablin is a painkiller for neurological issues, very much like gabapentin.
