Good Afternoon Everyone
Just a bit of a question regarding the 2nd reading of the Off Patent Drugs Bill last Friday (6th), I noticed on www.parliament.uk that there is another 2nd reading on 4 December. Is this because there was no time for a vote on 6 November or what? - if anyone can shed any light on this, that would be fabulous.

Yes, there was no vote. A blabbermouth just talked & talked till there was no time left for a vote. So. We all have to keep on at our MPs till the 4th December.
Yes, I knew there was no vote because of all the filibustering, but didn’t realise that about the 4th December - so that’s good. Hopefully the blabbermouths will keep their mouths shut this time! Fingers crossed.
