I have been on Tysabri for 32 infusions, only had one relapse since starting treatment. I have started to feel unwell in the last few months, my consultant has sent me for a brain scan, Lumbar puncture & JC Virus test. My legs are very weak and walking with a stick at the moment, feel very let down ! Haven’t heard anything from anybody!! I am meant to have an infusion next Wednesday but i am seriously thinking about coming off my treatment. Apart from my leg weakness i do feel better in myself and have read up alot about Tysabri and not sure i want to have anymore. Does anybody know how long you have to wait for the JC virus test to come back ?? apparently it was sent to Sweden. Cheers thanks for reading Elle.
