To be honest I am hoping that I have misunderstood something in this 15 page letter, I will update when I get it checked over on tuesday but it looks pretty fowl.

I am now really hopping that this is a massive error on their side or they r sending me all their evidence and it looks like they are refusing me…

I’m fairly new to the site but would still like to share my absolute disgust at the decision they have come to, I really hope y.ou get things sorted, making me very worried for when I change over to ESA next year, I wonder why .your ability to drive a car has any bearing on it, it’s usually a way of getting around for a lot of us. just terrible I’m thinking of you and hope something is sorted for you x

I’ve learnt a lot doing this bit of research. I haven’t been assessed for ESA yet, and if I have to appeal I know now that I MUST tick Question 2!!!
Everyone please take note… a paper hearing (without you attending a tribunal) has little chance of success. Make sure you tick Question 2 on the ESA Appeal form so that you get to go to the tribunal hearing!

I also know I have had letters from the job centre that say in the support group you can do volunteer work.
So the fact I did some 5 hours a week from July to Feb should not be a issue unless they want to go again there own rules and laws! I will find that letter aswell for even more proof, So far there grounds are this: They have lied about my pratical care! I told them I cant cook, got rails around the house etc, my partner cooks for me. They said I can walk well when First time I was in a wheel chair amd next time with walking stick and partner to stable the other side.
The other thing they said there is no proof in doctors letters of me not being able to work.Can they read??? one says This woman can not work because of deteriation and the other from neuro says She can’t ever hold down a full time or part time job.
So I have so much against them now I feel like someone else is breaking the law!
Ok I am having problems reading today because of this horrid relapse. I hate to have to ask but does anyone know where I would find that statement of unpaid Voluntary work for the support group? Because its really bugging me because I know I saw it in a letter not just the net.

Ok just to update everyone on whats going on now, I went to the C.A.B and found out that they have not closed my case but gave me more updates on it.
They are just fighting all their lies against the Neuro and Doctors truths.
I have been told that the trib wont be until July 13 even tho it started in March 12 so I will have to wait 17 months in total for any action…
The C.A.B called the job centre and asked why am I having to do another reasessment while I am in appeal? They said they dont even know why that is…
We still filled it out as it could be for my Controbutions but its not really ment to work like this.
So that is it more waiting and testing to be done or tho my health is at rock bottom at the mo so they see me now and say I am great again… LIE you know that they have no souls what so ever.
I am really mystified how this present government can treat people, who have been diagnosed with a neurological condition like they dont know how they physically feel. My partner has just gone through her second Atos medical just 18 months after loosing her mother. It makes me scream, when the previous Work Employment Minister Chris Grayling made a comment " We dont want to give up on people!".
