Hi folks I have been prescribed clonazipam .5 mg for overnight spasms seems to work no spasms since starting
And no side effects as yet does anyone else have experience of this drug .

I started off on 5mg at night for leg spasm and increased to 10mg. I have been taken them for about 1-2 years now.
They have been great for me and I don’t feel groggy the next day like I did with amitriptyline, however, the only down side I have now is that if I don’t have them I cannot sleep, like tonight I am up at silly o’clock, so they may be addictive but out weighing the pain on waking through the night with spasms which leads to pain and tiredness the next day, I think they are worth it as I hardly ever have spasms at night.
I have been taking them ror around a week and certainly no the differance thanks for your reply
