So its been a long time since I was on here, but I’m still plodding along.
I’m still SPMS, things have gone a bit worse but with determination, a bit of help and sheer stubbiness I’m not ready to give up.
One of the things that helps me is support from family, friends and work colleagues.
For instance, today I learned that my manager and company Technical Director has decided to shave off his dreadlocks which he’s had for 19 years in support of MS Awareness week.
I can honestly say, without the support from my company, especially Szymon my manager and my work colleagues, I would have had to stop working a long time ago.
The target was £10 per dreadlock, (apparently he has 48), but already he’s smashed that out of the park by great people donating towards the cause, it currently sits at £656 pounds.
We’ve also got a cake sale at work tomorrow when the brave man will face the hair clippers !
So if any of you good people would like to help push the donations up it would be great if you could visit his Justgiving link.
Thank you so much.
And I hope you are all doing ok, keep fighting & come out swinging !
