Knees aching a lot recently and my right leg seems slightly off like I have to make a concussion thought of where I’m placing it when walking if that makes sense , had my 3rd tysrabi injection this week is it normal to get these types of feelings when relatively newly diagnosed? (5 months)
I mentioned it to nurse who just made a note , I haven’t had another baseline mri since starting tysrabi but worried there’s something going on
I must admit it in my early days of MS the disease was very active and there was just all sorts of stuff going on all the darned time. Maybe you’re a bit like that too. The thing about being on Tysabri is that you can relax a bit and let it go about its business. But you’re right to mention to your advisors any strange stuff going on: they’re the experts.
Hi Alison
Yes sometimes feel like there’s something new all the time, telling myself tysrabi has it covered but worries me nevertheless, guess I thought tysrabi would stop all these feelings not much else I can do about it anyway I suppose just see how it goes
I know you’ve said tysrabi has been good for yourself can I ask if you’ve found it stopped progression as well as relapses ? I know it’s different for everyone but interesting to read people’s experiences?
Don’t mind if you don’t want to get into your experience feel free to tell me don’t be nosey
I have had no relapses and no discernible progression in 15 years. After a torrid few years failing on Avonex and acquiring most of the permanent disability that I live with, this has made a nice change.
Thanks for replying
Sorry you’ve got to live with what happened all those years ago but glad things have settled down for you now , I’ve read a lot of people who have had good experiences with tysabri I’m one of them
Thanks again
