Has anyone kept a detailed diary of their physical activities and their diet and noted how they feel each day?
And has anyone been able to link anything they’ve done to how they feel/how much energy they have?
Guess what I’m asking is has anyone found they have any control or influence of their m.s?
Same here, except that I have made half-hearted efforts once or twice; they have lasted as long as those ‘Dear Diary’ New Year’s resolutions you make when you’re 13 and have had a nice new diary for Christmas.

I do keep a journal and the answer is no. I can’t say anything other than avoiding stress helps me.

Yes. Sugar, milk, gluten and definitely crisps are bad for me. You can definitely tell what is bad for you.
I usually get a relapse when I have a cold. If I am really careful, I don’t get one. I haven’t had one since the last May.
Vit B12 is definitely good for me. I take eight other supplements. I think that they help. Magnesium is very good for mood and energy levels.
I’ve kept a health diary for the past 4 years. I don’t include things like food in there and I certainly don’t feel that keeping it has helped me take any control or influence over yet MS. All it’s done is help me to track symptoms, drugs, side effects, UTIs, general stuff.
It’s one that I got an app for and I don’t keep it religiously every day. Plus I think it would make very very tedious reading for anyone else (it’s quite boring for me to keep and read even). But it is handy.

I’ve written a diary for 40 years, and also a MS diary with dates of symptoms , appointments etc.
Haven’t compared exercise and diet though, sorry.
I take supplements and avoid people with coughs and colds (difficult when I work in a school).
Think I just need to pace myself and not get run down and susceptible to infections.
