Is anyone taking tolebrutinib
Hey Carrie, welcome! A friend of mine tried tolebrutinib recently. They said the side effects were mild, but it helped manage their symptoms quite well.
It’s still on phase3 clinical trial. The trial is closed to new entrants. Results are encouraging. In fact all the BTKi’s are reporting encouraging results compared to drugs like ocrelizumab.
I was on the PPMS trial for Fenebrutinib last year but had to halt after 4 months due to a spike in liver toxicity. A shame as in other respects, I’d say I was responding to the drug. It would appear that all the -brutinibs have this issue which could affect a significant % and when licenced, could lead to close monitoring in the initial few weeks.

Hello, i live in France with spms since 2007.
I saw my neurologist last week, and he said that Sanofi presented tolebrutinib in european commission in january 2025, and after it’s 1 year for studie, and 1 more year for french commission for agree and find a price for this drug…also in the best case, tolebrutinib will be avaibale in 2027 ( in France)… I’m disapointed, because i hope really about this drug.
