I feel like I’m drowning in a sea of heavy things

I was diagnosed almost 3 years ago with RRMS & I thought I had got my head round it, but the last few months something has really changed & I feel like I’m going through some horrendous emotions. New lesions found in my last MRI & they’re in a new place which has created some new symptoms - confusion, forgetfulness & I feel stupid. I’m really struggling at the moment. Any advice would be much appreciated xxxx

Hey Gemi,

Are you on any treatment currently? Have the doctors shared with you what the future plan looks like?

I had very similar symptoms. Feeling very confused, like I couldn’t fully understand the people and world around me. Setting off to drive somewhere familiar, then forgetting how to get there, etc etc.

Happy to tell you that the chances are very high it will improve over time.

Thanks so much. I’m changing from Tecfidera to Kesimpta hopefully around 6th September. I will know a bit more on Thursday after seeing my clinic x
