Hi All, hope you’re surviving this horrendous heat ok!
I just wondered how long you had to wait between your initial neurology appt and your follow up, and whether it turned out the MRI was normal or not (yes, I’ll admit it, I’m torturing myself for clues and wondering whether to read anything into the timing of the appt!).

Hi Sadly I dont think you can read much into timings with MS.
My results from my first MRI were quick but only because the doctor had put on the form checking for brain tumor.
Honestly, I got a fairly quick diagnosis because I was in hospital and incapacitated when first discovered … the follow up was 2 weeks after being discharged
(basically A&E neurologist explaining they would refer me and told me I’d improved despite it being the first time I’d seen them 
)
It has now been a further month since that appointment and I’ve just seen my MS nurse for the first time, she’s advised me it could take months for a more long term prognosis and treatment plan when the specialists meet.
Im starting to realise, even the diagnosis is a “highly likely” kind of thing.
