How are lesions and MS symptoms related?

I am trying to find information on how lesions in particular area of the brain are related to specific symptoms. For example, my MRI shows “lesions involving the corpus callosum, and, juxtacortically, left more so than right, frontal lobes”, so I’m trying to figure out how these locations may relate to my particular symptoms.

Anybody know where I can find this information?
