Paying off somebodys elses debts is not considered reasonable, if you are on benefit as why should the public purse then compensate you by paying you more benefit. Money spent for your own bills and expenses is different and reasonable. If you are not on benefit then how you spend your money is nobodys business. If you need benefit then them are the rules I am afraid.
