I am new to the forum . I had my first MS symptom in early 90. For the last 10 years my symptoms have progressively worsened . I have recently been told I have secondary progressive MS. I have been lucky to have had years without disability but now my walking is affected . I am now 71 . I look forward to seeing other members posts and share their experiences of living with MS.

I’m sorry to hear that you have been waiting for so long to be correctly diagnosed.
I have been diagnosed some what 3 years ago with RRMS and looking back as many of us are able to identify our symptoms for years prior to diagnoses.
I’ve always put everything down to stress and environment.
I hope you have been offered some treatments which will help you with progression.
