Hi Headachers! I have had a similar thing. A terrible headache that lasts 3 days. It goes with blower back pain and shoulder ache. It is so bad at times I cry!! wimp that I am. I take pain killers but they don’t last very long. My Dr thought it might be my back so sent me to a physio who gave me exercises to do . If I do them when I have the headache it does help but I can’t spend 3 days stretching on the floor!! grr I will mention it again to MS nurse as I see her next month. Maybe it is a relapse as it is behind the same eye I have ON in. Take care.
Hey you lovely lot…i too am now wondering if relapse as my right arm is really sore and stiff now and i have lower bk pain tio…bloody fed up now work has been a real struggle this week so wish i could give it up its too hard with the children etc
