My hubby and l are going to a fancy dress party. Hes the strong man as he looks after me and l am a fortune teller, nice sit down part

Happy New Year PPMS gang.

Don’t know about the rest of you, but I feel a bit of relief that it’s all over. Don’t get me wrong, had a nice time (and actually didn’t do very much), but gee whiz, I’m completely and totally knackered.

Had a lovely Jan 1st as it was my youngest son’s 7th birthday. Went out and had a lovely meal with my husband, four sons and eldest son’s girlfriend. I very rarely do this sort of thing now, so it was a lovely change. My son stood on a chair and the whole restaurant sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to him. He couldn’t stop smiling! Happy New Year to everyone, Teresa xx

My grandson will be 7 in August. It’s a lovely age.

I agree it is a lovely age - my other sons are all teenagers so are very independent and at times anti-parents (as is the nature of the beast). However, my youngest still likes a big cuddle with his Mum and won’t hear a word against me! Hope this lasts forever but I suspect not. Happy New Year, Teresa xx

hi all,

yes new year went well. had a good time at fancy dress l got 3rd.

we have been out in the sales not far as walking is not good but got a new clothes gig the one that goes in the garden and spins with the wind just put a wash on in great l can stand in in one spot and move the line.
