Have we all seen this?
Interesting to me that during my last neuro visit (over six months ago), the neuro suggested that i looked into stomach fauna and complimentary dieting.
I am yet to pay out for live probiotics, but i am glad to have gotten into the healthier eating habits afforded by following the Swank way of eating.
Good luck and good health to us all!

Thanks for the link. I have been thinking of starting to eat sauerkraut, it seems very affordable. A large glass jar from Poland £1.20 in the supermarket, the one made from just shredded cabbage and salt. I was advised to rinse of the salt before eating it.
l think our ‘gut’ holds the key. We are what we eat. l love cabbage - but have never like sauerkraut - but for health sake might give it another go. My OH loves it. And most of our supermarkets now have a Polish section with lots of interesting things. l do take pro-biotics.
A direct link between gut fauna and myelination… pretty compelling motivation for dietary fine tuning.
What’s in sauerkraut that makes it so good?
From The Guardian. Unpasteurised sauerkraut is the type to get.
Why sauerkraut is good for you
Why is it good for me?
Cabbage contains natural isothiocyanate compounds (such as sulforaphane), which have cancer-fighting properties. And as long as you choose the unpasteurised sort, sauerkraut is teeming with beneficial lactobacillus bacteria – more than is in live yoghurt – which increase the healthy flora in the intestinal tract. This helps the immune system fight infection, and aids digestion, hence sauerkraut’s venerable reputation as a remedy for upset stomach and constipation.
Marvellous news. Thanks for the response. Can’t hurt, might help and I think I like sauerkraut (although not sure I’ve had unpasteurised. K x
