Gluten free diet

I’ve been on a gluten free diet for a few years now and I find Christmas the hardest time of the year to stick to it.

I went on this diet sfter reading about the MS recovery diet on the internet. I have found that it has helped me feel better in that I haven’t felt bloated and tired like I used to, and the burning pains I had in my legs are infrequent now. I just wondered how other people who are on a gluten free diet manage.
