l knew l had MS before my GP and physio did, they were both useless.
About 6 months ago l felt off balance walking and it got worse, deep down l knew it was either MS or parkinson disease or something like that, l went to my GP and physio and both said its just a bit of Arthritis in my knees, my physio said if it was MS my hands would be shaking, l was stupid beliving them, then l month ago my legs collapsed and l went to hospital , they did a MRI scan that showed MS, did a five day steroid treatment , which helped alot with walking, and l start tysabri in a month

Thanks , yes l start first infusion of tysabri in a few weeks, hope it stops any new lesions
I think my GP knew right away although she refused to be drawn on the matter. However she got on the phone to the hospital neurologist while I sat there which tells you how long ago this was!
