Was diagnosed with ms this morning by my specialist,was told i need two days of intravenous steroids,it’s a great relief to finally get started on proper medication

i’m not happy that you have ms but happy because you are no longer a limbo dweller.
the iv steroids make you feel loads better.
i felt like i could have run a marathon, but obviously i didnt.
have you been given a dmt?
an ms nurse?
or are these yet to be offered?

The relief is immense,looking forward to the iv steroids,told i’l speak to ms nurse whilst starting treatment,I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel,thank you for your encouraging words
Have you notified the administration team about the information attached to your profile, that you say isn’t yours yet? It would clear up the confusion. Either that or continue with the previous post you made, Monday Diagnosis. Just too confusing.

Glad you have an answer and treatment is offered. Put your feet up read a good book and take the steroids. Hope they make yo feel better.

Have you been offered any disease modifying drugs to help keep the relapses at bay. I’ve been on Tecfidera since Nov last year with no relapses or new symptoms!
