Hello everyone.

If you like offal this could be right up your street. I’ve also suggested some alternatives for variety. The essence of the dish is the cumin, paprika, mustard and balsamic paste. Everything is in big chunks so it’s easy chopping. As usual, do it while you have the time whilst sitting down with a cuppa or something else. It works just as well in the oven as well as the slow cooker.
