Hi I previously posted on here that the West Yorkshire ms therapy centre In Leeds was hit by a devastating fire last September We are very close to reopening in new premises at great expense. 13 volunteers from the local DWP office arrived last Tuesday and spent all day painting, sweeping and cleaning to get us open for members as soon as possible. This was a voluntary effort at no cost to our centre and knocked 2-3 weeks off our expected. Thank you dwp. Neil
Hi Neil That was really good of the volunteers to give there time to help. DWP always get bad press but nice to read that the people at your local office got out to help your local community. Polly x
