Double vision ...too late ?

Had double vision 10 weeks now , Read tonight should have taken steroids early to fix , wasn’t offered them pre DX is it too late now and they will never clear Thanks

Taking steroids or not has absolutely no effect on the extent of recovery.

IF they are effective (which they’re not for everyone), all they do is speed things up. If you don’t have them, you’ll still recover to the same extent, just get there more slowly, that’s all. So no permanent harm done.
