Hi Tracey, sorry to hear of your progression to SPMS. But, as others have said, no-one, not even a top MS neuro, can give a prognosis.
You are bound to be feeling truamatised by the news…everyone is.
A saying I have is this;
we may be broken, but we`re still here.
I do think fighting against something you cant change, is a waste of valuable energy. Better to put that energy into the days when you feel a bit stronger. Take your rest days whenever you need them.
