2 weeks ago I had a strange reaction to my copoxone injections; my tongue swelled, my throat closed, I lost some vision and my face went hot and red. It lasted a relatively short time, and when I looked it up this is a known side effect. However now I still have a strange taste in my mouth and my tongue feels odd. Is this normal or known? Has anyone else had this?
Hi, I’m maybe not best person to respond on this as only took copaxone for few months and didn’t stop relapses. Never had effects you describe, just made me feel a bit yuk/lethargic for an hour after each injection. Concerned though that you were maybe having an allergic reaction and hope you will speak to ms nurse if this still happening with injections. Good luck. F
