Hi I was dx in September with MS and believed I was having a relapse in November as completely new symptoms- loss of feeling in my arm, blurred vision and dizziness and I had another MRI scan at the end of December and my scans showed no new lesions. Can you relapse and have no new lesions? I’m hoping as there is many people on her with far more knowledge or experience with MS that may be able answer my question. I have my follow up appointment next week but wonder if anyone else has had this experience. I still have a lot of problems with my arm so I am confused to there being no difference in my results. I was sent to see an MS Specialist by my neurologist. The specialist told me that they don’t always find all the lesions on MRI’s. He said that some are not found untill post mortem. So it seems that some can hide away, even from MRI scans. Everyone is different. Try not to worry write down what you want to ask on your next appointment, this way you won’t forget. I find this help me and my Dr thought it was a good idea. Best of luck on your appointment.
