Hi Hollow - My story has some similarities, I was given a CIS diagnosis in 2017 with some brain lesions and positive LP result. Was on Rebif until it lowered my white blood cells too much. Received RRMS diagnosis last December - not because I had worsened but due to amendments in the McDonald criteria and a previously unreported spine lesion now being reported (my neuro identified it at the start) Discussed options including doing nothing and recently started ocrelizumab. Some people opt for diet and exercise etc but the currently thinking is to hit MS hard with the most effective treatment. These aren’t without risks and side effects but nobody has a crystal ball to help them to decide what’s best to do.
