28 yo female living in south west london with MS

I am 28 years old female originally from Lithuania but living in Wimbledon London for 3 years. I have recently been diagnosed with a highly active relapsing remitting form of multiple sclerosis. I am a little shy but would like to reach out and find like minded/affected individuals who would like to talk as I lack in the communication department.
