I’ve taken the plunge and altered my method now, I cut the pack in half and have the evening half on my bedside table and I take it with a drink when I go to bed. The other half is still in the same place on my desk so that I don’t confuse myself. Been doing it this way for about 3 weeks now and not missed an evening dose, so I’m glad I tried it!
I was impressed with how clearly the packs are labelled, it’s great, isn’t it!

Whilst i do not adhere to the strict maximum 12 hour rule, i certainly obey the minimum 4 hour rule.
As for booze consumption considerations… well i have not used an oat soda to drink down one of my daily doses for quite some time… so i have at least improved in that respect

I’d never considered a no more than 12 hours apart thing. It’s often ended up being quite a bit more than that for me.
Say on one day I take the 2nd tablet with my lunch, then the next day I don’t take the 1st one until lunchtime…24 hours apart.
Now that I take my second one at bedtime times are more stable though.
