Hi Flowerpot The things I have learned since being diagnosed are: 1. It’s ok to ask for help, I realise now I’m not super women. 2. Focus on the good thing in life, try not to spend time worrying about things that really don’t matter. 3. I can’t control everything in my life so all I can do is learn to adjust/deal with what life throws at me. (Not always easy but no option but to get on with it) Polly x
I get that just did it lol, with me I have a lesion 1/2 way up my neck, if I poke it and go in a circular motion I get pins and needles big time shooting from left groin down the thigh, I did mention neuro about this his reply was ‘well don’t do that!’
Same thing happens if I put my head forwards and down,k few years ago if I did it I could make my left leg almost give under me.
Been years now and its still there.

Hi Hobs! How ya doin?
This MS cr*p just keeps getting better and better. Just hope I can laugh about it in 10 years time (touching wood, as I write).
