Hi all, i am Ellen, i have just been diagnosed with rrms and on 3rd week of low dose Tecfidera, today i have just stared having sore stomach cramps and diarrhoea (sorry tmi) 
. I can’tcall my MS nurse until Monday, so just wondering if anybody has any tips on easing symptons until then. I do have a good breakfast and dinner before I take the medication.
