Couple of comments, I was really commenting on the transport issues in the thread, and my background is one that wants to find relationships and connections, thus I think it is critically important to have cross disease discussions because the differing perspectives might highlight something important. I am very suspicious of silos and we are trying to tease out a tangled bank!
