Hi, I am due to start taking the Siponimod shortly. However, I’ve heard mixed reports on the benefits when you have SPMS? Any good news stories to share? Thanks
My husband has been on Gilenya (very similar to siponimod) for the last 10 years. He has SPMS and he has no new lesions in his MRT since then. He feels good on the medication with no side effects. Go for it!
