Whenever I discover something good to cook, I like to share it. Both the food itself and the recipe. I always make sure that I have a clear table at the right height for my wheelchair and everything to hand. I have no motor control in my left hand so all I can do is heft the old lump onto the table and use it in a sort of paper weight function. Here’s one I made earlier.
