Hi. I was just wondering when arms are weak and heavy can it be eased with normal painkillers. I was reading about it and one person said she knows it’s just going to be a bad day when her arms start to feel that way?

Thanks

In my personal experience, pain caused directly by MS (neuropathic stabbing pain associated with a relapse, for instance) is not helped by conventional pain killers like ibuprofen or paracetamol, but secondary pain caused indirectly by MS (tendon strain on account of MS wonky gait, for instance) IS helped by conventional pain killers.

I believe that pain-killer is anti-inflammatory so may ease a weak and heavy arm.

Thankyou so much for your messages. I appreciate them.
